All-around amazing experience We had such an amazing time and had such an amazing experience in their home. Simple yet delicious Italian recipes that were so fun to make. 100% recommend!

Cooking class We loved this entire experience so much! Every aspect about it. Such amazing people to be around and an amazing time cooking. Most importantly, the food was incredible. It was so authentic. It had such simple but amazing Italian recipes. We had amazing spritzes and wine throughout the experience, homemade ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, a dish with beef and arugula, and tiramisu to finish! It was so much fun to make the homemade ravioli and get taught the authentic way! Could not have been better and we are so grateful! ❤️🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹

Cooking authentic roman meals In Italy for 12 days and this team was at the top of my list! Great instruction, food and personalities!

Best Food in Rome The chefs were do friendly and the food was amazing!! Honestly some of the best food I’ve had so far. I cant wait to go home and recreate these dishes.

Great Tour Guides Alessandra and Sab took us on a wine tasting tour paired with delicious appetizers at La Luna Del Casale. The whole trip was outstanding. On our way to the winery Alessandra pointed out various historical spots and we stopped at a few for pictures. The tour of the winery was given by the owner and it was very interesting. The location of the winery has awesome views and the tasting area & home were beautifully decorated with flowers. The wine was delicious! I definitely would recommend going here.

Amazing Roman food and cooking experience We spent one and a half days with Ale and a full day with Ale and Sab. The first half day with a wonderful walking food tour of Rome with myself, my wife, my two teenagers. Ale was able to keep us interested, eating and learning—even though we had arrived from the United States just that morning! The highlight was the gelato making class!! Then, a few days later, they picked us up at our hotel and drove us into the countryside to their home for a wonderful sightseeing tour of local towns and finally—the highlight of our Rome holiday— pasta making and tiramisu with Ale and Seb!! Our whole family was involved in the entire process and learned a lot that we will definitely try to bring home to our own kitchen! This was EXACTLY what we needed after touring Rome for a few days! Highly recommend!!

Momma Mia! We just had the most memorable day touring, cooking, eating and drinking with Ale and Sab. This lovely couple picked us up at our Rome apartment and drove us out of the city in their comfortable Mercedes van down the Appian Way passing catacombs and aqueducts followed by walking tours of Nemi, Arricia and finally Castel Gandolfo. Ale's vast knowledge and wonderful articulation of Roman, Italian and European history brought this tour to life for us as we drove, walked down the ancient city streets, shops and then especially toured inside the historic Pope's summer residence. The hilltop views of the volcanic lake of Albano was also spectacular with views all the way to Rome 17 miles away.Then, the grande finally at their home and their amazingly equipped kitchen for our very first Italian cooking lesson. This turned to be so much more fun and educational than we had imagined. Keeping a much longer story short, we made pasta from scratch to create seabass and potato stuffed ravioli. So much more to say between the pasta and the homemade Panna cotta served under berries picked that day...you must see for yourself.Last and so important, Ale and Sab made us feel like family. We truly fell in love with them and the magnificent day they made for us.Thank you Ale and Sab!Jill and Tom

A Fabulous Evening We had a fabulous evening with Ale and Sab at their home, where they taught us to make i ravioli ricotta e spinaci, la pasta alla carbonara and tiramasu in their spacious kitchen. After prosecco and antipasti, we eat both primi, followed by insalata caprese, and the tiramasu out on the patio in their tranquil garden. During the meal, we had a chilled rosato.They were delightful hosts and clear, encouraging teachers: Sab speaks a good deal of English, and Ale is fluent. They were both intelligent, down-to-earth, humorous, and charming guides to Italian food and the good life during our visit.Although we did not ask for a tour of the area, they are both locals and especially knowledgeable about the Castelli Romani. Hoping to get a tour of the hill towns before we leave.Highly recommended for Americans visiting Rome who want to get out into the countryside and encounter real Italian life--its food and its people.

Rome cooking experience. Great food and great company! We had Alessandra and her husband Sab over to our Rome holiday rental apartment for a 4 hour cooking experience and meal. They're a really nice couple who were very patient with my 2 young children wanting to get involved with the prep a bit, they even bought along a couple of junior chef hats for them to wear! First of all we made some fettuccine which was fresh and lovely served with an amatriciana sauce, then veal escalopes were made with prosciutto and sage which was really hearty and served with mozzarella and tomato. Finally the girls made tiramisu which was delicious. While that was all being prepared we had really tasty salami and cheese with toasted soldiers for appestisers, served with some drinks. Ale and Sab bought with them a bottle of presecco and a bottle of chianti which went down very well. We were blessed with a beautiful evening sunset to sit on the roof terrace and eat in. The food was delicious and the company was very nice and easy going, so much so that I, rather embarrassingly, almost forgot to pay them when they were leaving as it was just like seeing some good friends off home!! They will bring pretty much everything they need if coming to your place (you can go to theirs for more thorough pasta making experiences) but best to check with them if there's anything particular they might need to use at the apartment, just in case. If you fancy picking up some proper Roman cooking techniques and having a lovely couple of locals to spend some time/share a meal with then do not hesitate to book this experience. It was a relaxing evening that I have very fond memories of and I really look forward to seeing them both again sometime.

Full and fantastic private tour!! Our family of four ( My husband, myself and two adult sons in their 20’s) spent a full day touring the Vatican, Colosseum and many other must see sites with Alessandra. She is a wealth of knowledge and truly went out of her way to make our experience as special as possible. Her husband Sab drove us all over town in his new and very comfortable van and we never had to wait more then a few moments to see any of the sights. We never felt rushed and they both offered first class hospitality and service. If looking for a private tour, we highly recommend Alessandra and Sab!
