My name is Alessandra and I am an official Tour Guide of Rome, with a great love for cooking. I do organize Private Tours, Food and Wine experiences in Rome and in the roman countryside, for locals and visitors from all over the world. I love art and archaeology and I love to think that Rome is my open-air office. Since I was a little girl I had a great passion for cooking and baking. As I grew up I became a professional chef thanks to the participation to professional classes at Culinary Academies.
My husband Sab is the classic funny guy, sociable and lover of good food. He is an official Sommelier, graduated at AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) and a professional Chef with a diploma in Culinary Arts. He collaborates with me in the organization of Cooking Classes and Wine Events. Recently he became my private driver so on our brand new Mercedes Minivan we can host our clients and show them Rome and its surroundings: now we really are a family business!
When we travel through Italy we love to search for Italian traditions, regional habits, town markets, local fairs…. It all bring us back to our childhood and we enjoy so much the atmosphere of a kind of magic, suspended life. That’s why in our tours we always combine our personal experiences with competence and expertise in the travel business, to plan the best vacation for you in Rome and Italy.
